Very tasty pizza (on request also spicy), very friendly staff.

Usually my favorite pizza place. But today the pizzas were unfortunately too salty, not crispy and smaller than usual. For a pizza we also ordered extra mushrooms which unfortunately weren't included. The 70 cents extra were still on the bill. If it is better next time it will be 5 stars.

Excellent pizza. The changing card is just as worthwhile as the season ticket. The wine selection is good for my standards. Currently the best pizza for me in Potsdam.

Mega yummy! I can't understand the worse reviews here either. This is about the product and not the round-the-clock deliveries as with the supply chains, which are far worse in taste.

The pizzas are delicious and the choice is neither too much nor too little. Staff is friendly and courteous. For a full 5 stars I would like a few other Italian dishes. The dining room could also be made a little more comfortable so that it doesn't look like a canteen. Basically, they focused on the name and prepared the pizzas delicious. Clear recommendation.

Ordered four different pizzas today. All of them were delicious. The dough is nice and crispy, there is a lot of topping made from good ingredients. The prices are reasonable. The pizzas are prepared in front of the customers and everything is clean. You can sit comfortably both inside and outside. If you like to pay with cash, watch out. This is not possible. But that doesn't bother me. I would like to have a phone number so that I can order by phone and pick it up right away. The staff is friendly and takes special requests. I am happy to finally have a delicious source of pizza in my neighborhood ?

It's nice that there is finally pizza nearby, but the quality of the pizza is unfortunately just below average, you can look for the topping, the prices have washed up, so that you can help yourself and in my opinion no cash payment is not possible. Having the option to pay by card is okay, but I have no sympathy for that. I know that a lot of people don't care, but I just think it's silly. Unfortunately looking forward to the pizza factory in vain. I really hope that I am the only one who feels that way and I still wish good luck with the concept.

Very nice staff and delicious pizzas. Not a huge selection, but better than a selection of 50 and only half as good. Also very positive: if you don't like an ingredient, it will be deducted from the price. Should many learn a slice.

Recommended and very tasty. Was there for the first time today and was absolutely satisfied. The pizzas are really good and the tomato sauce in particular is very aromatic and tasty. Service very friendly. If you like it spicy, the chef can add sliced ​​peppers to the pizza. Likewise, three kinds of sauces depending on personal taste. Payment by card is only possible. The shop is an asset to Potsdam! Will definitely be back.

So far, one of the best pizzas I've tried here in Germany. They are like the originals! Fine batter and very crispy. The pizzas are divine, very good quality and tasty. Besides the fact that the customer service is very good, they are very attentive and friendly.

At last!! Fantastic stone oven pizza with airy batter, a neat topping and - of your choice - chili and garlic oil: incredibly delicious! The new shop is centrally located and is sure to be a cozy place when the space is finished. The room is flooded with light with many large windows, long wooden tables and a cozy, tidy atmosphere. Very tasty pizzas at reasonable prices: nice to have you here! :)

The food in the PIZZA FABRIK was delicious. The pizza was fresh and well cooked. The service friendly, the service fast and the current hygiene measures observed. I could very well imagine a delivery service here, precisely because there is nothing like it in Bornstedt yet.

Not recommendable. I visited the Pizza Factory a week after it opened on August 21, 2020 to get my own picture. The service was very nice. But that was the best. The choice of pizzas is very limited. Just eight varieties. My choice fell on the "Lecker Wurst" and my wife on "Die Nette". The pizzas were very poorly topped (just four slices of salami). It also consisted of about 1/3 of the rim. There is a lot of room for improvement. I will probably continue to get my pizzas in Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. The price and the service are right.

The first time today. Prices are completely OK. The topping could be a little more. Spread an extra slice of salami and the tuna a little more. The dough is freshly rolled and was crispy and not ran. I would come again. The only thing that bothers is that you can only pay by card, although you can still pay in cash everywhere else.

Well implemented concept, very friendly staff and delicious pizza. For my personal taste there could be a little more topping and less oil on it, but that's the finishing touch. Regarding previous "reviews" I would like to comment: From my point of view, there was no clear differentiation between what the personal wishes for a restaurant in the district are and what concept the Pizza Factory implements here.

So I can't understand the negative reviews at all! Construction site around it or not, this will not be a permanent condition. We have just come from there and are thrilled, the pizzas were very tasty. Often it is because of the clientele that a modern concept (which was definitely missing in Bornstedter Feld) cannot be dealt with. We will definitely visit the pizza factory more often now, we are very happy about it and wish the operators all the best and good luck.
